For high-value liquids such as essential oils, the equipment typically employs magnetic drive pumps for metering and filling. The fill volume can be set directly on the touchscreen, ensuring simple and quick operation. The equipment is equipped with a “no-bottle, no-fill” detection function, which uses photoelectric sensors for real-time monitoring, effectively preventing material waste and idle operation of the equipment.
2. Dedicated Cap Handling and Capping Design for Dropper Caps
Dropper caps (especially glass ones) are characterized by irregular shapes and narrow bottle openings, placing higher demands on the cap handling and capping mechanisms. This production line employs a sliding pneumatic system for automatic cap retrieval and feeding, which precisely coordinates with the cam mechanism that raises and lowers the capping unit. This ensures flawless synchronization of all components within the capping unit, resulting in stable and reliable capping quality. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with a cap positioning device, ensuring that the nozzle’s plastic tube accurately enters the bottle opening even when it is excessively long or bent, significantly improving the cap placement success rate.
3. Anti-drip Design for Clean Production
The filling nozzle incorporates anti-drip and anti-splash mechanisms. Upon completion of filling, the material flow is quickly cut off to prevent dripping or stringing, keeping the bottle mouth and body clean. During filling, a submerged filling method is used, where the nozzle extends to the bottom of the bottle and rises synchronously with the liquid level, effectively preventing foaming and splashing.
