The fully automatic granule weighing filling and capping line is a high-precision automated packaging system specifically designed for granular, small-piece, and irregular materials. It utilizes load cells for real-time measurement and automatically performs a series of processes, including bottle sorting, weighing and filling, capping/sealing, and labeling. Its core value lies in using weight as the measurement standard, fundamentally overcoming the measurement errors caused by variations in material density and particle size that are common in volumetric filling. Filling accuracy can be consistently maintained at  ±0.5%, making it widely used for the bottling and canning of granular materials in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and agriculture.

1. High-precision weighing and metering for accurate and stable filling

Compared to traditional volumetric filling, gravimetric filling uses actual weight as the measurement standard. It is not affected by factors such as changes in material density, uneven particle size, or differences in flowability. Filling accuracy generally ranges from ±0.2% to ±0.5%, with some high-end models achieving accuracy as high as ±0.1%. The equipment utilizes highly stable, high-precision load cells, combined with real-time feedback and compensation from the PLC control system, to ensure highly consistent fill volumes for every bottle or can.

2. Multi-pan weighing system, balancing high speed and precision

The equipment employs four-pan, ten-pan, or fourteen-pan weighing configurations. Through algorithms, it automatically selects the combination of weighing pans closest to the target weight for dispensing, achieving high-speed filling while maintaining high precision. Common models achieve filling speeds of 20–60 bottles per minute, while configurations with a 10-pan combination scale can reach 30–50 cans per minute.
