The spouted pouch filling and capping machine is a fully automatic packaging system specifically designed for pre-made stand-up pouches (with spouts). It can automatically complete all processes—including pouch loading, filling, cleaning, cap sorting, cap placement, capping, and finished product output—on a single production line. Thanks to their reusable screw-top design, spouted pouches effectively address the issues of leakage and inconvenience associated with traditional packaging. The equipment features a design that combines pneumatic mechanical transmission with electronic control, using PLC programming to coordinate the collaborative operation of each workstation. It is suitable for the packaging production of liquid, paste, and semi-liquid products in industries such as food, beverages, daily chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Based on structural configuration, the equipment is available in fully automatic and semi-automatic models. The fully automatic model performs functions such as automatic bag loading, cap sorting, and capping; operators need only periodically replenish bags and caps.

Filling volume can be infinitely adjusted via the touchscreen HMI, ensuring a simple, fast, and accurate process. For materials of varying viscosities (liquid, oil, paste, etc.), precise metering is achieved by adjusting the filling parameters. The filling nozzle is equipped with anti-stringing and anti-drip devices, as well as a lifting filling mechanism, ensuring a clean and leak-free filling process.

The capping mechanism employs magnetic + gear drive technology with adjustable torque and pressure, featuring an automatic slip function to ensure each cap is tightened securely without over-tightening and damaging the nozzle. The capping mechanism is designed with a grooved structure to effectively prevent cap jamming. For food or pharmaceutical products requiring high sealing integrity, this ensures both the packaging’s seal and hygiene.

4. Hygienic Design, Compliant with GMP Standards

All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the product, as well as the main body, are constructed from 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The filling nozzles are equipped with anti-stringing and anti-drip devices to prevent product spillage and contamination. The machine features a one-touch cleaning function, automatically flushing the piping after packaging is complete, greatly simplifying equipment maintenance.
