Automatic powder filling line

The automatic powder filling line is primarily used for the precise portioning of various products, including milk powder, protein powder, coffee powder, flour, and starch. It features high speed and high filling accuracy.



Product Introduction:

The fully automatic powder filling and capping line is a highly integrated automated packaging system, typically consisting of core modules such as a bottle/can sorter, powder dosing filler, automatic capping machine, electromagnetic induction foil sealer, label applicator, and inkjet printer. Under the unified control of a PLC system, these modules work in coordination to complete all processes, including empty container sorting, material lifting, metered filling, automatic capping/sealing, labeling and coding, and finished product output.


Unlike liquid filling, the core challenges of powder filling lie in variations in material flowability, dust control, and metering accuracy. The fully automatic powder filling and capping line is specifically designed to address these challenges. It employs a servo motor-driven screw metering system, combined with a fully sealed structure and dust extraction equipment, to ensure a precise, clean, and environmentally friendly filling process. The entire line is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and complies with GMP hygiene standards, making it an ideal choice for the bottling or canning of powdered products such as infant formula, protein powder, pharmaceutical powders, and seasoning powders.


Features:

1. High-precision filling with stable and reliable metering

Utilizing a motor-driven screw metering system, filling accuracy generally reaches ≤±1% (≥100g) or ≤±1g (≤100g).

2. Strong material adaptability and versatility

By replacing the screw with different specifications, the machine can accommodate the filling requirements of various powdered materials.

The filling range can be expanded from 1g to 5000g by replacing the screw, covering all needs from small-scale laboratory trials to industrial batch production.

3. Dust-proof and environmentally friendly, compliant with GMP standards

The fully sealed combination hopper made of stainless steel and acrylic allows for clear visibility of material levels and prevents dust leakage.

The filling outlet is equipped with a dust collection system to effectively capture filling dust and protect the workshop environment.

The entire machine is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, with food-grade materials used for all parts in contact with the product, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

Designed and manufactured in compliance with GMP standards, it is suitable for clean production environments in the food, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

4. High Degree of Automation, Stable and Intelligent Operation

The equipment utilizes a PLC control system combined with a touchscreen HMI, offering intuitive and convenient operation. Key features include:

No-bottle, no-filling; no-cap, no-capping: Detected via photoelectric sensors to prevent material waste and idle operation

Automatic fault diagnosis and alarm: Automatically triggers an alarm and indicates the fault location when abnormalities occur

Automatic counting and data logging: Facilitates production management and statistical analysis

5. Easy to clean and maintain

The hopper features a fully opening side door for easy cleaning
