1. Electrical Control: The system is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and features a text-based control panel. The paper feed motor is a genuine brand product; the main motor is an imported brand. The cylinders are manufactured by reputable manufacturers; all electrical components are genuine brand products.
2. Safety and Maintenance:
① The equipment shall be equipped with an automatic alarm system and an emergency stop button.
② The equipment shall be easy to operate and convenient to maintain. The vibrating bowl tracks shall be designed for easy disassembly and maintenance and capable of independent control.
3. Overall Equipment Structure: The overall structural design of the equipment shall be rational, sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, reliable, and durable.

② The exterior of the paper feeding section is chrome-plated;
③ Internal transmission components (such as sealing cams, drive shafts, cutting blades, and speed control devices) are made of high-strength steel that has been quenched, ensuring high strength and wear resistance;
④ The equipment should be easy to relocate.

Packaging Materials: Various composite materials, including nylon film/polyester film composites, polyester film/polyester film composites, nylon film/pure aluminum foil/polyester film composites, polyester film/pure aluminum foil composites, and polyester film composites with other materials capable of heat sealing;
2. Bag Dimensions: Packaging dimensions can be adjusted according to screw specifications. Adjustment range: L 30–100 mm, W 30–80 mm.
3. Packaging Speed: Adjustable speed, 35–50 bags per minute.
4. Packaging method: Back sealing; each bag is cut with a patterned edge.
5. Counting device: Customized vibrating bowl as required, using different positioning and counting methods to ensure accurate quantity per bag.
6. Noise level: During normal operation, equipment noise does not exceed 85 decibels (excluding noise from the vibrating bowl).
