⚙️ Working Principle: Dynamic Weighing, Precise Dosing

At its core is a closed-loop “dynamic weighing-feedback control” system that ensures the weight of every package is accurate through continuous weight monitoring.

Automatic Feeding: Material enters the packaging machine’s storage hopper via an elevator.

Precise Weighing: Material is conveyed to the weighing unit, where high-precision sensors monitor weight changes in real time. This is the most critical step.

Closed-Loop Feedback: Based on sensor feedback, the control system rapidly adjusts the feeding speed to implement multi-stage feeding (e.g., “coarse feeding + fine feeding”), preventing material surges and ensuring final accuracy.

Filling and Packaging: Once the preset weight is reached, the material is discharged into the packaging bag. The machine then automatically performs a series of operations—including bag forming, filling, sealing, and cutting—to produce the finished product.
