How It Works：

The operating principle of a semi-automatic box-folding machine can be summarized as “1. Place, 2. Push, 3. Fold, 4. Eject”:

Manual loading (Step 1): An operator places the flattened cardboard blanks onto the machine’s designated workstation, slide, or feed tray.

Pushing and Positioning (Step 2): The machine pushes or an operator manually guides the blank into the folding die, positioning it precisely to prepare for folding.

Mechanical Automatic Folding (Step 3): Driven by pneumatic components such as cylinders, the die and mechanical structure automatically erect the box or perform bottom folding and other actions. This process typically mimics the manual folding path, simultaneously completing two- or three-sided folding and tab-folding operations in a single cycle.

Cylinder Ejection (Step 4): The machine ejects the partially formed paper box, which is then manually removed and sent to the next process.
