Small-scale liquid filling machines are intermittent-operation equipment, and their workflow can be summarized as a cycle of “conveying – positioning – filling – output”:
1. Conveying and Bottle Feeding: A conveyor belt transports empty bottles to be filled into the filling station.
2. Detection and Positioning: Once photoelectric sensors or pneumatic bottle-stopping devices detect that the preset number of empty bottles is in place, the equipment sends a signal to the control system.
3. Conveyor Stop: The control system immediately issues a command to precisely position the group of empty bottles directly beneath the filling heads.
4. Filling: The filling system activates; the filling nozzles descend to the bottle openings, and multiple filling heads simultaneously complete the metered filling process. Upon completion, the filling nozzles rise. (Note: This step is omitted if the system lacks lifting functionality.)
5. Start and Output: The conveyor belt removes the filled bottles and simultaneously feeds the next batch of empty bottles, initiating the next cycle.
High Precision and Consistency: Static filling eliminates dynamic interference, ensuring measurement accuracy (typically ≤±1%) and guaranteeing consistency across products within the same batch.

Compact Layout and Modular Design: The machine has a compact structure that saves space; its modular design supports the selection of 2 to 6 or more filling heads as needed, offering high production flexibility.
Intelligent Control System: Equipped with an intelligent control system. It features smart protection functions such as no-fill detection for empty or missing bottles (across an entire row), ensuring convenient operation.
Easy to Clean and Maintain: Parts in contact with the product are primarily made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The quick-release design allows for easy disassembly of components such as tubing and filling nozzles, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
Wide Range of Material and Bottle Compatibility: By replacing the filling pump or adjusting parameters, the system can accommodate various materials, including different types of water-based liquids.
