The fully automatic peristaltic pump filling machine is an automated liquid filling system that uses a peristaltic pump as its core metering and drive mechanism. Its key advantages lie in the ideal combination of high precision (filling accuracy between heads <±1%), contamination-free operation (the liquid comes into contact only with the tubing), and ease of maintenance (requiring only tubing replacement). Features：

High Filling Accuracy    Driven by DC or stepper motors, filling accuracy ranges from ±0.5% to ±1%. The error between filling heads can be controlled within ±1%, making it ideal for high-value materials.

No Cross-Contamination    The liquid comes into contact only with the inner walls of disposable tubing, completely eliminating contact between the pump body and the product. When switching between different products, simply replace the tubing; there is no need to clean the entire pump body.

Easy Maintenance    The core of daily maintenance is the regular replacement of tubing, resulting in low maintenance costs and simple operation.

High Degree of Automation    Parameters such as filling volume and speed can be easily set via a touchscreen HMI. The system supports automated functions such as no-fill on empty bottles and anti-drip protection.
