Product Introduction：

A diaphragm pump filling machine utilizes the rotational motion of an electric motor to drive a mechanical mechanism that causes the diaphragm inside the pump to move back and forth. This compresses and expands the air within the pump chamber (a fixed volume). Under the action of a check valve, positive pressure is created at the discharge port (the actual output pressure depends on the resistance at the discharge port and the pump’s characteristics), while a vacuum is created at the suction port, thereby generating a pressure differential between the pump and atmospheric pressure. Driven by this pressure differential, water is drawn into the inlet and discharged through the outlet. Under the kinetic energy transmitted by the motor, water is continuously drawn in and discharged, resulting in a relatively stable flow rate.

2. The pump housing is separated from the motor; even after prolonged use, liquid will not seep into the motor and cause malfunctions, thereby significantly extending the pump’s service life.

Application Cases：

The machine operates with some noise, and the stretching of the diaphragm causes some agitation of the liquid; therefore, it is not suitable for filling foamy liquids. It is designed for medium- to low-viscosity liquids that are non-corrosive, free of strong acids or alkalis, and contain no solid particles (such as disinfectants, cooking oil, food products, and cosmetics).
