Core Drive: The rotor pump is typically driven by a servo motor.

Suction Process: A pair of rotors within the pump rotate in opposite directions to form a sealed working chamber. As the volume of this chamber expands, a negative pressure is generated, drawing the material from the hopper into the pump cavity.

Discharge Process: As the rotors continue to rotate, the volume of the working chamber contracts; the material is thereby pressurized and propelled toward the filling head. Integrated with a PLC control system that precisely regulates the pump's rotational speed and duration, the machine achieves high-precision quantitative filling.

Operation Mode: The process involves manual placement of the container, followed by triggering the filling cycle via a foot switch or manual button; once the machine has completed the quantitative filling, the container is manually removed.
