Product Introduction：

A paste labeler (also known as a paste-applied labeler or wet-glue labeler) is a machine designed to apply paper labels to various cylindrical containers. It is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and alcoholic beverage industries. By automatically performing processes such as label feeding, glue application, labeling, and label smoothing, it eliminates manual labeling steps and significantly improves labeling efficiency. The equipment is typically equipped with a photoelectric control system to ensure coordinated movement of all components, guaranteeing that labels are applied smoothly, without wrinkles or curling.

The operating procedure for a paste-fed labeling machine primarily includes: bottle feeding → paste application → label pickup → drum labeling. The specific process is as follows:

Bottle Feeding: Bottles are fed smoothly through a screw-type feeding mechanism, ensuring reliable positioning.

Paste Application: The paste application roller dips into the paste reservoir to pick up an appropriate amount of paste, which is then evenly applied to the back of the label.

Label Pickup: The vacuum pickup mechanism uses suction to retrieve labels from the label box and transport them to the labeling position.

Labeling and Smoothing: The label is applied to the bottle surface, then pressed and smoothed by the rolling mechanism to ensure a secure bond without bubbles or wrinkles.

Safety Features: The equipment is equipped with safety mechanisms such as “no bottle, no label feed,” “no adhesive application,” and “no labeling,” thereby eliminating label waste.
