A fully automatic double-sided labeling machine is an industrial device specifically designed to automatically apply labels to two opposite sides of a product or container (typically the front and back) simultaneously.

This equipment provides an efficient solution for flat, square, oval, or irregularly shaped containers that require information to be displayed on both sides, and is commonly used in industries such as personal care, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals.

High-efficiency dual-side synchronous labeling: Labels can be applied to both the front and back of a product in a single pass, significantly improving production efficiency compared to a two-step labeling process. Of course, single-label application is also available.

High precision and stability: Relying on a PLC control system, servo motors, and rotary encoder tracking technology, labeling accuracy typically reaches ±1 mm, with some high-end models achieving even higher precision. Features such as dual-side synchronous guide chains ensure the stability and centering of bottles during conveyance.

Wide Compatibility: Through adjustable mechanisms, the machine accommodates a variety of containers, including flat, square, round, oval, and even some irregularly shaped bottles. The parameter storage function allows for quick switching between labeling schemes for different products, enabling flexible production. With the addition of a round-bottle mechanism, the machine can also apply labels around the entire circumference or half-circumference of round bottles.

Robust and Hygienic: The machine body is primarily constructed from stainless steel and anodized high-grade aluminum alloy, ensuring a sturdy structure that complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and is easy to clean and maintain.
