This multi-head, multi-color fully automatic filling machine is suitable for the precise filling of various paste and liquid products, such as mentholated oil, Tiger Balm, foundation cream, hair wax, pot-style lipstick, lip gloss, and eyeshadow cream—all of which require heating and are packaged in wide-mouth pots. Customization is available upon request.

Features：

Adopting piston type filling method, each filling nozzle can be set to fill different quantitieswith small quantitative error. The nozzle has a suction device, not easy to residual material.

The places where the material passes through (nozzles, pumps, barrels) are equipped withindividual digital temperature control, which can be adjusted.

The barrel is a double-layer barrel, the sandwich with thermal oil way to heat the materialbody, with stirring motor.
