2. Double-Layer Jacketed Tank: The material tank features a double-walled jacketed design, ensuring that the raw materials are heated uniformly throughout. Furthermore, both the pump and the filling nozzle are equipped with independent heating systems, eliminating any "cold spots" or unheated zones.

This multi-head, multi-color fully automatic filling machine is suitable for the precise filling of various paste and liquid products, such as mentholated oil, Tiger Balm, foundation cream, hair wax, pot-style lipstick, lip gloss, and eyeshadow cream—all of which require heating and are packaged in wide-mouth pots. Customization is available upon request.

Features：

The system uses a piston-type filling method, allowing each filling nozzle to be set to dispense different volumes with minimal measurement error. The nozzles are equipped with a suction mechanism to minimize material residue.

All components through which the material passes (nozzles, pumps, and barrels) are equipped with separate, adjustable digital temperature controls.

The material barrel is a double-walled design; the material is heated via a heat transfer oil system in the jacket, and is equipped with a stirring motor.
