Product Introduction：

The turntable-style can sealer is a new product developed by our company based on traditional semi-automatic can sealers. Once the machine is started, can sealing and discharge are completed automatically; operators need only load the cans and lids, and the turntable handles the rest. During the sealing process, the cans remain stationary while the sealing rollers rotate, which not only protects fragile items but also prevents liquid splashes, significantly enhancing operational safety.

Features：

This machine primarily consists of a base, motor drive unit, head assembly, sealing mechanism, adjustment screw, turntable, and indexer. The sealing cutter can be freely adjusted within a certain range; therefore, by replacing the upper die and turntable, it can seal cans of different diameters and specifications.

The motor drives the main shaft gear, synchronous pulley, indexer, turntable, and various cams to rotate in unison, enabling automatic can feeding and sealing. When the bottom die reaches its highest point, it presses down on the can lid simultaneously with the upper die to seal the can; the pressing force should be moderate to the touch. Four sealing rollers, driven by small cams, rotate around the can lid several times to complete the sealing process. The can then automatically returns to the starting position, and the turntable completes its rotation.
