Product Introduction：

Raw Material Preparation: Weigh the raw materials—such as lipstick powder, wax, and oils—according to the formula and add them to the heated mixing tank.

Heating and Mixing: The raw materials are heated in the tank to the set temperature and thoroughly mixed until they are completely melted and uniformly blended.

Mold Preparation: The operator manually places empty lipstick molds onto the filling station.

Filling: Start the equipment; the filling system automatically injects the liquid raw material into each mold cavity in precise doses.

Cooling and Setting: The filled molds automatically enter the cooling tunnel or cooling station, where they are rapidly cooled using cold air or cooling plates to solidify the paste.

Demolding: The cooled molds are moved to the demolding station, where the equipment automatically or with manual assistance ejects the formed paste from the molds.

Post-Filling Assembly: The demolded paste must be assembled with packaging materials such as lipstick tubes; some production lines can integrate an automatic capping machine to complete this step.

Cleaning and Changeover: When changing product colors or types, the filling system, material tanks, and molds must be disassembled and cleaned. Modular design and quick-release structures simplify this process.
