This machine can apply labels to flat surfaces, curved surfaces, concave surfaces, and convex surfaces on various workpieces, and is suitable for irregularly shaped workpieces. 2. Accurate Labeling and High Stability


The label feeding system utilizes a PLC control system and microstepping motors for precise and reliable label delivery. The unwinding mechanism is equipped with a braking function to keep the label tape taut, ensuring accurate label detection; a label tape deviation correction mechanism prevents lateral shifts. Some high-precision models employ optical sensors for detection, achieving labeling accuracy of ±0.2mm and supporting the application of micro-labels as small as 6mm × 8mm.


3. User-Friendly Operation, Labor-Saving


Operations such as label peeling, feeding, suction, application, and covering are performed automatically. Operators only need to load and unload materials to complete the labeling process, significantly reducing operational complexity. Optional automatic indexing turntable devices can significantly improve loading and unloading efficiency. The equipment supports both manual and automatic labeling control modes; operators can choose to control labeling via sensors or foot pedals as needed; Manual and automatic control buttons are provided, and the label feed length can be freely adjusted.


4. Integrated coding and labeling, reducing production steps


Optional ribbon coders, thermal transfer coders, or inkjet printers can be installed to print information such as production dates, batch numbers, and expiration dates on the labels, achieving integrated coding and labeling operations. This reduces packaging steps and greatly improves production efficiency.
